St. Alphonsus School was founded on 17th January 1955 with 90 children. The school was recognised by the Education department with a Government grant sanctioned in 1956. The English Medium School was started on 30th May 2019 with permission from the Education department, offering nursery to 7th std, as part of the larger St. Alphonsus Academy campus.
