Silicon City PU College was established in 2008 with permission from the Government of Karnataka and recognition from the Board of Pre University Education, Karnataka. It is part of the Silicon City Education Trust formed in 2005, which also runs Silicon City Public School (CBSE). The college offers Science and Commerce streams in a two-year Pre-University course.
