SRMAB was founded in 1969 by Sri. T V Srinivasan and friends, inspired by Sri Ramana Maharishi. The academy provides free education, accommodation, vocational training, rehabilitation, and livelihood support to persons with disabilities. Over 4 decades, SRMAB services have reached over 16,000 persons through its school and rural development programs across 7 districts in Karnataka.
