BET Sufia Girls High School was started in 1990 (International Literacy Year) and inaugurated by Alhaj Azeez Sait, the then cabinet minister. It operates under Bismillah Educational Trust and is recognized by the Government of Karnataka as a linguistic and religious minority school. The school is affiliated to KSEEB with SSLC Exam Center code 157AS.
Admissions are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Students are counselled for selecting the right combination. Eligibility requires a pass in the relevant preceding examination.
No donation or capitation fee. Nominal fee charged, payable in a maximum of 2 installments on written request at the discretion of the Honorary Secretary. Deserving students eligible for scholarship. SC/ST students can avail fee concessions.
Transport facility available. Parents who desire to avail the facility can contact the transport manager.
